Playing sports can greatly benefit our body. It keeps us fit and more stronger. It also gives us endurance and stamina depending on the type of sports you choose or play. Some also can provide a great mental health and intelligence for our brain cells. Sports also boost one’s self confidence and helps overcome struggles on peer to peer basis. By developing a sports mindset, young people can build a much stronger core for their body and mind. It also helps them develop new skills that can be useful in future. As this thought, I highly advice that parents should let their kids participate on sports more.
